Pros: Constant change in management/C-Suite structure made deadlines and demands impossible and egregious. We were having weekly releases at one point when our executive stated we only had the infrastructure to support one a month and was "surprised" at how manual the release process was... yeah... Also, we were working well past 2 am on these calls to work in concert with the India team. It was a nightmare.
Cons: People are generally nice, even though there is zero culture at the Midtown East office. Don't come here expecting to make work buddies.
