Process
The hiring process was smooth. I had one round of telephonic interview which was purely technical. Then a second round of technical/managerial with the project manager. The technical interview was smooth. The HR round was pathetic. The only rule he talks about is we have a percentage of hike which we can never cross. When you have a restriction with hike percentage, why do you even take interviews without checking with the candidate beforehand? The HR who spoke to me had a bad attitude and was very rude. And never ever pass them any details on any offers you hold; they lure those details to your current organization, which happened in my case. Very bad.
