I interviewed with a panel of three people. The questions were nearly all behavioral: "Describe a time when..."
To prepare, I made a list of the major projects I'd worked on during my career. That way, I had a lot of examples to draw from.

Good Pay, Unclear Direction

Pros: They offered hybrid work, 3 days in office and 2 at home.
Pay was bumped based on the market and year reviews, often over the last 3 years.
Bonuses were available based on job performance.
Cons: Direction isn't super clear. You could be thrust into all new technology or strategies and left to perform your own at-home learning while also being expected to perform and complete said tasks.
They are aware of how small certain teams are and that there is a need for more employees in the role, but don't expand much. Recent layoffs don't help here.
