Pros: Many products and applications – if you get a chance to work with them. Very good pay and benefits. Good work-life balance. A lot of volunteering opportunities, and communities to participate in based on your interest.

Cons: Leadership issues in some areas. They are simply biased and would like to build and encourage their own people. Things move very slowly - your growth, career options, and ability to take other opportunities, etc. Heavily influenced by employees from the USA. They have the power, and you just need to follow or obey them. Even executive leadership doesn't have the ability to override them. Recent colocated teams are a good example where they needed to back off. Systems don't have the power, but some people do. The ethics line and complaint box, etc., are just for namesake with no authority. Very rarely do you get an internal opportunity, though there are many most of the times.

Pros: Friendly work culture. Good company.

Cons: None None None None None

Pros: Good transport facility. Some litter perks at the year-end.

Cons: Long working hours. US teams won't help much.
