Many products and applications – if you get a chance to work with them.
Very good pay and benefits.
Good work-life balance.
A lot of volunteering opportunities, and communities to participate in based on your interest.
Leadership issues in some areas.
They are simply biased and would like to build and encourage their own people.
Things move very slowly - your growth, career options, and ability to take other opportunities, etc.
Heavily influenced by employees from the USA. They have the power, and you just need to follow or obey them. Even executive leadership doesn't have the ability to override them. Recent colocated teams are a good example where they needed to back off.
Systems don't have the power, but some people do. The ethics line and complaint box, etc., are just for namesake with no authority.
Very rarely do you get an internal opportunity, though there are many most of the times.
Make recruitment strong. Internal opportunities and employee referrals should work. Stop hiring without a legitimate process, just because the candidate was referred by a leadership member. I've seen many people get hired without proper skills, qualifications, or experience.
Build powerful systems and processes. Don't make them people-dependent. They should be able to work independently without someone's influence.
Listen to employees. People rarely come forward with complaints. Take their feedback seriously and punish those who are biased, do not treat others with respect, or make statements without evidence. I know of instances where team members came forward with legitimate evidence against their manager or leadership, but the team member still suffered.
Mandate goals at all levels. Why should leadership members continue working when attrition numbers, product issues, and release issues are high, and when they are not upskilling?
Don't encourage reservations in the name of DE&I. I've seen many cases where people in DE&I quotas were given much preference and higher salaries compared to others with even better skills and experience for the same positions.

Three rounds of interview. 1st round was screening. 2nd round was a written test to test coding ability. 3rd round was a F2F interview. Overall, it was a good experience. All interviewers were friendly and supportive.
Direct F2F interview. I am from a Java, J2EE background, so I can share my thoughts on the technology front for this interview. Actually, I got an opportunity to face their interview multiple times recently. I decided not to attempt their interview m
