I got an interview with a tech support team through a staffing agency. The recruiter told me the tech team was having a hard time finding someone with at least 2 years of experience in various SQL language works for 36k a year.
So the team said they just wanted a fresh person they can train from the bottom up.
The interview involved a team rotation format, where I got to know the members of their team. One asked me the "fit golf balls in a bus" question. I spoke to a total of 4 people.
A week later, the recruiter told me the tech team wanted to look for someone more experienced instead.
Sure hope they ante'd up their offer.
How would you fill a bus full with golf balls?
