Sr. Software Engineer Interview Experience - Charlotte, North Carolina

Process

First, a call from HR to confirm the number of years of experience (which were already on my CV).

Then a technical round with what looks to be a manager and two senior developers.

The worst interview I ever had: questions were really badly explained and elaborated. When you asked for clarification and to confirm what you understood about the question, the manager started making facial expressions.

The facial expressions continued during the rest of the call, no matter if the response was correct or not.

The worst part came when it was my turn to ask.

I asked about the project, why people were required, and he mentioned that some people left. Then I asked why they left (BIG FACE) "Because of... personal reasons, who knows."

What do you like about working there (BIG FACE! Like why are you asking me these questions????) "I like the environment and that everyone is free to express and comment on whatever they feel." (Sure!! Like asking you these questions, right?)

The other two guys were not even able to ask a single question.
