Process
It was basically one technical and one managerial discussion. Both rounds were conducted with video conferencing, after that the HR round, which was telephonic.
To get the final offer letter took almost 3 weeks. HR was asking to join immediately, but I was requesting a joining date as per my current company's notice period. Finally, HR agreed and released the offer letter.
Questions
They asked technical questions regarding Java and Selenium in the first round. After that, the managerial round included technical and project-related questions about my current company. The HR round was basically for salary negotiation.
