Systems QA Analyst Interview Experience - Hyderābād, India
Process
Applied online for the Hyderabad location and received a call within 2 days for an interview. The interview was scheduled for the second next day.
There were three technical rounds and the fourth was an HR round. All rounds happened on the same day as there was a drive.
The first round had two interviewers. The second and third rounds were conducted via video call with people from the Bangalore location.
Questions
All questions were related to profile, domain, and resume. Questions were not asked too deeply but covered all the areas of QA, both functional and automation, like:
- Defect severity/priority
- SDLC / Defect life cycle
- Agile/Waterfall model
- Smoke/Reg, etc. types of testing
- Core Java, TestNG, sample code, Selenium Grid, POM, Architecture
- SQL basic queries
- All QA-related basic and moderate questions, along with a few tough ones.
For the second and third rounds:
Mostly basic and experience-related, with a few scenario-based questions.
