The interview process consisted of:

- Face-to-Face Interview
The telephonic interview lasted for an hour and focused on understanding my technical skills. Since I had a banking background, it was a plus. I was asked to brief about my project experience.
The face-to-face interview involved two people on the panel: the QA Lead and a lead with whom I would work. It included both technical and HR questions. There were many questions about third-party coordination, as the testing team collaborates with different vendors. My experience with third-party interactions proved beneficial.
Overall, the experience was good.
