First, I was contacted by HR for a telephone interview. It mostly delved into past experience, reviewing skill set and expertise levels, and salary expectations. It lasted about an hour. HR responded back within the next week to schedule the technical interview.

Technical Interview: It was a video-conferenced interview from their site in Sioux Falls. The manager works on the East Coast, with the development team spread coast-to-coast. The Site Manager moderated the interview. It was an extremely friendly interview (irrespective of whether I got selected or not, it was an experience I totally enjoyed). They were more focused on knowing your expertise and basics than wanting to hear what they wanted to hear. In other words, honesty did pay off. I was given the offer within the next 3 days.
