Nice place to work, too bad I got laid off
Wells Fargo was generally a nice place to work and treated its employees well. They paid technical staff well and had decent benefits, including a matching 401K plan up to 6%.
Recent reductions in staff due to a downturn in the Mortgage Industry. At times, senior management made decisions on projects that should have had input from technical staff, causing the projects to fail.
Get more input from technical staff on large projects.
