Pros

Salary offered on joining is attractive.

It gives a feel-good factor for 6 months to 1 year.

It has won many awards; it is a reputed company.

You will get lots of friends, but you will also invade your personal space/life completely.

The entire year can be spent having fun with minimum work.

Eat out, team outings, dance, drama, fun, and lots of fun.

You will be paid to come to the office and go back. NO WORK.

Cons

Only politics work. People have settled down here; all they do is politics. They form groups based on caste, language, and personal acquaintance (families).

There is hardly any technical work. You will see employees spend time gossiping, at the gym, playing TT, and engaging in other so-called fun activities. These people receive all the awards and rewards.

There are local (WFIS) celebrities. They are popular in WFIS on Facebook and WhatsApp, and their photos are displayed on screens placed all over the building.

After a year, you will be technically challenged. You will not be able to find a job outside.

You will learn to gang up with your team and destroy one person's career (a team member or manager). If you don't, you will be the next target.

Advice to Management

Shake yourselves and brush up your technical skills.

Spending money to get good feedback is not a good idea.

If you have lost technical skills, use common sense. That is a skill too.

Please do not speak ill of your managers; people lose hope in the entire organization.

If you cannot appreciate a person who is technically sound, do not discourage them. Push them to organize fun events to get better ratings.

Do not be insecure about your job. You have installed yourselves in the organization for 5+ years; you know who to approach to go up the ladder. You have already secured your positions.
