Great company with incapable managers and HRs

Pros

Package with fixed pay. Work from home 5 days a month. Work-life balance. Some of the benefits:

  • No disturbance on weekends
  • Helpful team members (except managers)
Cons

Managers - Some of the managers are unprofessional. They feel like servants to onsite. You will be screwed even if you are right. Escalations are very common here, and managers can't defend them, so they will fall directly on your head.

HRs - They are very close to managers. They don't even listen to associates. If a manager targets you, then you will be screwed no matter what.

Advice to Management

Stay focused on managers and HRs. You already have technical experts in your company. Associates don't even know the duties of managers. They are just increasing pressure on team members.
