Nasty politics are permitted. Image is more important than doing the right thing. Most leaders care more for their careers than taking care of their team members.
Learn how to investigate allegations before making accusations. Not everyone tells the truth, especially when they want someone to look bad or to take their job. Also, pay should be fair.
