Nice place to work if you have friends or well-wishers in top management
Stable and strong company with relatively excellent pay in the Midwest. Cannot compare with financial companies in the West or East.
Some teams are too horrible to work with, and HR (as usual) is always hands-off in resolving any conflicts with management.
Encourage innovation and real talent.
