Decent parties, at least in the wholesale division. They always had snacks in the kitchen. Some groups are friendlier to work in than others; it's possible to transfer if you get stuck in a bad one.
It's a giant corporation that reserves high pay, bonuses, and stock options for upper management. Evaluations are kept mediocre to keep you convinced that you aren't worth a decent raise.

Database Developer
I applied through a recruiter. It takes less than two weeks to get a phone interview. They asked about my background experiences and some basic technical questions related to the job requirements.
Software Engineer
The Zoom link did not work, so the interview was late and subsequently cut down by 10 minutes. It was a group Zoom meeting with approximately 20 interviewers and 10 interviewees. Each interviewee was then placed with two interviewers for a breakout
