It's a big brand, but managers are playing politics and struggling to even give you a 5% hike when performing.
I felt like service-based companies can treat employees better than this.
There is no culture in this company. It's a directionless company. I would not suggest joining this company, as I joined it because of the brand name.
You will see a downturn soon. You don't treat employees well.
