It is one of the worst interview experiences I have had in the past few years. They are not able to manage the candidates at all; everyone seems clueless at Wells Fargo. There is no proper standard to evaluate the candidature of candidates. For some candidates, they are taking tests; for some, they are directly going for the interview. In short, they are just spoiling their name and wasting our time. More or less, it looks like a "drill drive" for the HR department. If someone wants to spoil their time, it is the best place to do so. In my case, one HR told me I was going to the next round, and another told me they missed my evaluation sheet. After the completion of all the drama, I was told, "We will let you know for the further process."
Don't worry about the questions; they don't have a knowledge base to judge you. Apart from basic Java concepts and famous threading questions, they have nothing else to ask. The rest depends on your luck, whether it's a drill drive or a genuine one. I'm praying to God to help the HR department of Wells Fargo.
