I had a couple of different HR screenings for a few different Software Engineering positions. Both HR reps said I would hear back in about a week. For both positions, weeks passed, and I didn't hear back; nor was my application status updated.

Phone interview followed by a half-day of on-site interviews. The area manager and several senior technical people conducted the interviews. Received an offer later the same day. Started three weeks later.

There was one Recruiter's call asking for the details of skill set, the technology worked on, any certifications, SQL, HTML, CSS, XML experience, what are the server-side technologies, and front-end technologies. There was also one phone interview on
