I had a couple of different HR screenings for a few different Software Engineering positions. Both HR reps said I would hear back in about a week. For both positions, weeks passed, and I didn't hear back; nor was my application status updated.

I interviewed for the position of Lead Software Engineer. There were two tech rounds and one hour-long round. All were easy. The questions were from past experience and some scenarios, something like that.

Easy to average questions. Except for questions around Core Java, Spring Boot, API, Cloud, and security. Gen AI is a big focus area these days, so prepare for that as well. Behavioral questions were also asked to check fitment.
