Medical benefit is okay. 401K match needs to wait for at least 2 years to complete.
No diversity in the culture. All managers are Indian. They are not treating employees properly. All the terms are in books, but nothing is followed. Many managers have fake backgrounds and less tech expertise, putting pressure on leads and developers. Employees need to work day and night.
No idea what the purpose of having HR is. Please treat employees properly and do the right thing.
