Migration to the cloud and retirement of legacy applications and platforms is accelerating.
I love my team and my direct manager.
Upper management's decision to slowly execute layoffs over the last three years is killing morale. I mean, there have been layoffs every two weeks for the last three months, with more planned this month.
The new location strategy to eliminate 100% remote work in the next 2-3 years is also negative. The return to office policy to be in the office for 3 days a week without any real metrics to back up the supposed efficiency gains is disappointing.
