Pros

Pros are dependent on your immediate leadership. My initial experience was supportive; they believed in collaboration, had an open door policy, and wanted to build on your abilities as an individual to help you thrive.

Cons

Upon the overall company leadership change, the culture has changed negatively.

Managers are less approachable, less supportive, and in my experience have poor people skills and lack integrity and questionable ethics.

To reiterate, I don't think the company as a whole operates this way, but in the 10+ years of my experience with this company, this is definitely the direction of the culture.

Advice to Management

Do better. The bottom line is important, but so is treating the people that help your business run with dignity and grace.
