Pros

Some work-from-home opportunity, but that was fraught with peril sometimes, as extensive explanation had to be given as to why you felt the need, even though all work was getting done, and done well.

Cons

The recent controversy surrounding improper conduct by WF execs tells you all you need to know about this company. Be aware, this was NOT an isolated example of misconduct by WF management and senior staff.

From my personal experience in the Colorado Springs market:

The Test Management group has no clear goals. They are fighting to prove their worth, and most departments I worked with viewed them as pointless and obtrusive. To that end, absurd expectations were levied on staff in an effort to justify the group's existence. Many team leads (one in particular whose name is the same as a flower) were overbearing, marginally qualified individuals who were promoted not because of their skill, but because they were willing to harangue incessantly. Contradictions were commonplace, but don't dare point them out, as this was a first-class ticket to trouble.
