Pros

Wells is a brand.

Some projects are really good.

Cons

This is the worst company for female employees due to few leads and managers who harass an employee to the point that they consider resignation as the last option.

They comment, taunt, and body shame you, get involved in your personal life, ask personal questions, and make you stand in front of the bay if you go to ask for leave. The company provides you with work from home, but these managers will not allow you to take it.

Even though you are a deserving candidate for promotion, you can see your peers getting promoted with the same amount of work you did, but they will drag you until the 26th-27th month to give a promotion. They give you less hikes just because they think that you are modern and your family is well-settled.

Not sure if US management knows about this, but this is the harsh reality for some employees in India.

Advice to Management

Check why employees are leaving during exit interviews and take necessary action against those people.
