Not happy with the interview process, though it's a big company. Not a single question on DS-Algo-Design, which is a basic thing on which a candidate can be evaluated fairly. What is the point of picking up any smallest topic from a subject and asking for its definition? A person can read that definition in 5-10 minutes whenever required. But a good programmer is one who writes clean, efficient, and stable code, and DS-Algo-Design is a metric for that.

Suggestion to HR: Value the candidate's time, at least when it's a weekday.
