Great team to work with. People are nice to you. The atmosphere and culture is a great place to be. The company is better than other companies you work for.
It seems when you apply for another job, they don't give you more than a $2 raise or more than 9% of what you currently make.
I wish they could give more fair raises, especially when applying for another job.
