Good benefits: health, life insurance, 401K, PTO, STD, etc. Good environment and has great accommodations management. Coast to coast branches.
Too focused on sales and not enough focus on employees that really do all the work for Wells Fargo customers. I had a top-performing team that beat all deadlines and goals and was treated terribly after 15 years of dedicated service.
Pay more attention to the Supervisors and Team Leads and less attention to the Managers that take credit for work they never did.
