People were friendly. Entry-level pay was decent. Tuition reimbursement.
Raises were a joke, maybe 1% a year. They keep you in poverty. You have to repay the tuition reimbursement if you leave within a year.
Stop trying to please everyone; you'll just please no one in the end.
