Talk directly to your people! I haven't spoken to my manager in a few months.
Phone-based, only a couple of technical questions; mostly personality-based questions. Roughly 30 minutes for the interview. Only one person was interviewing. HR was not involved in the process, only the direct hiring manager.
Fast and easy. The last round was two 30-minute interviews. Before that was an interview with four LeetCode-style questions. You don't need to do perfect, but try to at least get three of them right.
It was just one behavioral interview. Very easy, with just a couple of questions using the STAR method related to previous experiences. It's around 30 minutes. I got notified about it through a recruiter.
