It's good to work at Wells Fargo to grow your professional career.
Nothing much to mention as cons.
Phone-based, only a couple of technical questions; mostly personality-based questions. Roughly 30 minutes for the interview. Only one person was interviewing. HR was not involved in the process, only the direct hiring manager.
Two-step interview: recruiter call where they go over your resume and skillsets. The second round is a panel interview, which is heavily technical. This spans over two weeks overall. It's a fairly standard process.
Phone interview went well. Had good working experience with this company. All in all, good. One round of phone interview and a smooth process. Good company to work with.
