There are no hidden cuttings in the salary. You will get shift allowance as well.
Office politics will be there.
Either you will have pressurized work or no work.
For the first 6 months when you join the company, you will have to struggle a lot to understand the projects.
Managers will blindly take TL comments and they will not check what you have worked on.
If we show off, then only they consider that we are working, or else they will give less ratings.
At least once a week, try to talk and observe who is working.
