Pros
  1. Good work-life balance
  2. Friendly people
  3. Better salary than other service-based organizations
  4. Free pick-up and drop
  5. No pressure of work
  6. Food at the cafeteria is at a very reasonable price
  7. Good environment
  8. Good insurance benefits, and insurance premium is separate from CTC
  9. Five days of work from home monthly
Cons
  1. No learning about any tech.
  2. Focuses only on domain knowledge, and that too of US banking only. This knowledge won't help any tech guy to survive in India.
  3. Lot of processes.
  4. Simply wastes a lot of time in meetings.
  5. Probation of 6 months in which notice period is of 1 month, but after probation, the notice period will become 3 months.
  6. The whole of Wells Fargo is trying to get into Agile methodology for which they don't have work.
  7. For QA people, even if you are hired for automation testing, you will end up with manual testing only.
  8. For developers also, there is nothing to learn.
  9. Being a finance organization, there is no inclusion of new technology.
  10. Everybody works on VDI machines through Thin Client, and nobody gets proper privileges to install anything.
  11. Self-learning is zero.
  12. Wells Fargo in India is actually Wells Fargo Enterprise Global Services, where Indians work just like working at any other service-based organization.
  13. Everything resides with US people, as Indian managers are just like rubber stamps to approve leaves, devices, etc.
Advice to Management

No advice to management, as Indian management cannot do anything.
