Flexible work hours depend on the team, and you will get reasonable work hours for tasks so you can deliver quality. You will get a chance to improve career skills, and finally, you will get a good package as a hike compared to other MNCs or services.
No allowance for comp-off or weekend contribution, but it can be compensated with weekly work hours to make work-life balance.
Developers have to do QA to ensure quality, which means quality engineering may not get a sufficient quality of product.
Defining roles and responsibilities for each resource and making it a practice to follow will help the product get delivered faster and with high quality.
