The interview process was smooth. On the same day, there were two technical rounds of discussion and one manager round (almost technical questions only). At the end, the HR discussion was normal, focusing on CTC-related questions.
The work environment is good, but the company is still using legacy technologies only.
There is a lot of process for small things also.
Not real growth for technical people in the company, working on legacy projects and legacy technologies only.
