Great work-from-home policy and compensation package. There are some changes, but hopefully, they'll come to their senses quickly.
Workplace culture can kill the faint of heart.
A lot of bureaucracy that is ineffective.
Bring fresh creative people instead of depending on people that have 30 years of experience in a banking industry that needs to reinvent itself to be viable going forward.
