Leadership is going in an extremely wrong direction.

A lot of work pressure is put on employees, and agile rules are not followed.

HR can be considered a dummy. All authority is assigned to managers to misuse. HR's help is just eyewash.

No extra pay for long hours.

A lot of 'Desi' managers are being hired, and they are spoiling our company's nature.
Please wake up, otherwise you will see problems in long-term growth.
