New management in technology is awful. STAY AWAY
Used to be stable, OK-ish insurance sometimes.
- Pays less than industry.
- "Location strategy" has them trying to send workers 3-4 hours out to the middle of NJ with zero flexibility after working in Manhattan for years.
- Benefits get worse every year.
- New management is completely out of touch in technology.
Stop trying to force people to work in a terrible suburban office park in the middle of NJ, especially when they aren't co-located with any of their team anyway.
