Poor planning and management. No proper employment hierarchy. Needs a big revamp of its policies and procedures. Too much micromanagement and cannot accommodate newcomers.

I believe they are doing fake interviews. The interviewer was a kid. He was very happy with the answers, though I answered 100% of the questions correctly. They rejected me, saying the feedback was not positive.
