Pay is great, work/life balance is good, flexible with WFH (3 days in office minimum).
Siloed teams (team members split across different states; I work in an office with nobody on my team).
Top-level employees are out of touch about return to office.
You are just a number (200k+ employees, globally).
My manager is alright. We hardly talk unless there’s something coming up, like a code release or structure/org change.
Would like to see teams be more cohesive with manager involvement.
The first round is a pure technical round and covered all concepts in Java, Spring, microservices, and the integration of environments. The second round is the manager round, related to roles and responsibilities and LLD.
Total 3 rounds, including HR. The first round is just screening, the second is the actual technical interview. This is followed by HR. Before the HR round, they will ask for documents. Also, they will release the offer in a day.
HR has not shared the JD, and the interviewer is not in sync with HR. The interviewer is totally wrong and not capable of taking the interview. I'm not sure this company needs people.
