Pros

Good benefits, including multiple weeks of PTO upfront.

Cons

No job security. They will randomly lay off people and post new positions for similar work instead of moving internal personnel.

Too many layers of management and constant management changes. I worked for 18 years and had 14 different managers.

Siloed job roles limit exposure to different work and job experience.

Advice to Management

Cut middle management layers that reduce productivity and suck up budget instead of laying off productive workers. Open opportunities to existing loyal employees first instead of laying them off and making them reapply for similar jobs.
