I love my boss and coworkers.
Continual organizational changes and added responsibilities can make for a chaotic environment.
Shoot for some stability where possible. The ever-changing environment makes it difficult to lock down priorities and drives the staff crazy. Changes would be made, and the communication about those changes was inconsistent. People's roles were not siloed enough; a worker should not have to know every system and wear 20 hats just to get their set of tasks completed properly for a project. We ended up being "masters of none" with so many pieces and parts to manage. Role simplification would help. Lots more to say, but that's it in a nutshell.
