Just started pacing with the other tech companies in terms of tech stack up-gradation. This is not a con in any way to an employee.
Technical interview The panel was very friendly, polite, and calm. They were looking for a solution to a real-time scenario rather than a definition. Overall, a very good interview experience. I got to know a few new questions which will be useful.
Telephonic interview followed by Zoom conference. The worst is, irrespective of repeated follow-ups, they never provide proper feedback. It would be professional that Wells Fargo respects the candidate's time and provides them with detailed feedback.
Recruitment HR's were very efficient. The process was very simple. 1. Call from HR confirming details, etc. 2. Technical Rounds Though I went for the QA4 position, which is equivalent to Lead, after going through my skills, the panel gave feedback
