Great company policy, flexible working hours, and good remuneration.
Not really a lot of cons.
Scheduled through portal. Asked good questions with a three-member panel. First, a technical interview, then a manager interview. 1. Asked basic questions on COBOL, JCL, and DB2. 2. Good interview with Wells Fargo. 3.
The Zoom link did not work, so the interview was late and subsequently cut down by 10 minutes. It was a group Zoom meeting with approximately 20 interviewers and 10 interviewees. Each interviewee was then placed with two interviewers for a breakout
2 rounds. The first is a phone screen with HR, short and simple. They just asked me how many years of experience I've had with the technologies. The second round is with the hiring manager and a panelist, mostly behavioral questions.
