Worst agile transition - as a dev guy my whole life, you would be given manual testing in the name of agile transformation. One cannot raise concerns, as that will be dismissed, stating one is avoiding work. Do not join the ccibt line of business.

You will be at the mercy of managers, and there is no grievance redressal mechanism.
