Two-step interview: recruiter call where they go over your resume and skillsets. The second round is a panel interview, which is heavily technical. This spans over two weeks overall. It's a fairly standard process.

Must be able to discuss existing projects and articulate process. Was asked what a typical day looked like and basic questions about Agile environments, including their pros and cons.

Two interviews: one with information about the resume, the other behavioral. Take the time to explain your experience and positive attitude. And "In God we Trust," and He will prevail. Always have faith and study.
