Pros: Good company benefits and bonus, even for hourly workers. They're trying to change the culture and improve the company while navigating shifts in business and economy.

Cons: Still silos everywhere. Continuous reorganizations and downsizing have taken their toll on teamwork and culture. No role progression has been introduced – just job title changes.

Pros: We can improve technical knowledge.

Cons: No cons as of now.

Pros: No meaningful work, nor work to do.

Cons: It’s a bank. You need red tape to do anything. Nepotism. Some 20-year-old kid was given the title of “Principal Engineer” and is leading two dozen people. There are huge technical debts, low standards, poor code quality, and poor product quality. There is a lack of understanding in pretty much every technology they chose to use. The team is very bloated. There are a lot of dead weights and unnecessary meetings. If you are a technical-minded person who is passionate about technology, look elsewhere. Here you will mostly find clueless fresh grads and Indians who are stuck in the green card queue.
