Wonderful work culture, all good.
No cons as of today.
It's easy, no coding, but there are a few technical questions that you will be asked about. Not too bad at all. However, you have to get lucky to be placed on a good team. I did not get lucky.
Got the interview one week after applying online. Standard, three rounds, phone interviews. Got rejected within a week. It feels like they had already filled the position when I talked to them.
I got the interview through by applying on LinkedIn. The first round was a one-hour technical round with questions on Java, real-time scenarios, and DSA. The second round was a face-to-face, in-person technical interview.
