There was an online round of medium difficulty. The first interview was a coding round - medium difficulty. The third round was called the Leadership round. A senior tech manager took this round. I didn't clear this round.

Very clear, point-to-point discussion. Process-oriented, quick feedback. Very interactive. It's more like a one-to-one discussion. I enjoyed it a lot and successfully cleared all the levels of the interview.

Must be able to discuss existing projects and articulate process. Was asked what a typical day looked like and basic questions about Agile environments, including their pros and cons.
